Propeller Club Membership – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Propeller Club is open to individuals and organizations with a professional interest in the maritime industry, international trade, and the promotion of port activities. All applications are subject to approval by the chapter’s leadership or board.

2. Membership Types & Dues

We offer one paid membership type for individuals only. Dues must be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal to maintain active status. Membership is valid for one calendar year unless otherwise stated. Membership dues are non-refundable once processed except in the case of a billing error.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your payment method will be charged annually unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your payment method or subscription by logging into your account.

4. Member Responsibilities

As a member of the Propeller Club, you agree to:

  • Uphold the values and mission of the Club
  • Maintain current contact information in your member profile
  • Respect fellow members and guests at all events and within all communications
  • Not misuse access to any member-only areas or directories

5. Event Participation

Certain events may require separate registration and payment. Member pricing may apply where indicated. Event terms and cancellation policies will be specified on each event registration page.

6. Privacy and Communication

By becoming a member, you consent to receive emails related to your membership, including renewals, events, and newsletters. We do not sell or share your personal data outside of the organization.

7. Termination and Suspension

Membership may be suspended or revoked at the discretion of the chapter’s leadership for reasons including non-payment, conduct violations, or other actions deemed harmful to the organization.

8. Modifications

The Propeller Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcement.
