It was an idea that Carl Black had in 1997 when he set out to provide the Port of Mobile with a company that could assist a visiting vessel with any need, no matter how big or small. Now, as we approach the 25th anniversary of servicing the Mobile waterfront, that idea rings true daily. With our sister companies, Albert’s Transportation and Bert’s Line Handling; we truly can provide 24-7 service along all fronts. From filing the initial entry documentation, safely mooring and unmooring the vessel, making deliveries alongside the vessel, or by water when needed; assisting with all crew change arrangements, including the additional measures of today’s COVID protocols, to documenting cargo and ensuring the vessel stays in compliance with the ever changing governmental rules and regulations … we are always available.
We would like to thank everyone who has helped us through these past 25 years and wish everyone well for the next 25. We’ve grown from the Port of Mobile, to now having contacts and abilities all along the Gulf of Mexico … from Tampa, FL to Brownsville, TX; we are still one contact point for many solutions.
