Gowan Lenaghan joined White-Spunner Realty as associate broker in 2016, serving its commercial and residential sales divisions.
A licensed real estate broker in Alabama since 1998, Gowan said it was the long history of White-Spunner and principled leadership team that drew him to the new position. He is a member of the Sunset Rotary Club and CCIM candidate.
He has earned 15 years of experience as a local small business owner and as a commercial property manager. As a subcontractor, he has served as a right-of-way senior negotiator for area municipalities.
A graduate of the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business, Gowan attended USA on tennis and academic scholarships, earning a bachelor of applied science degree in accounting, finance and marketing. In college, he was the No. 1 Player at USA. After graduation, he won the Alabama Men’s Singles Championship and spent time on the Professional Satellite Tour.
Gowan and his wife, Kim, have two sons, Jack and Willem. They are members of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mobile.
